This module allows you to associate compatibility data with products of the store, by default the brand, model and year.

Compatibility data can be created by uploading a CSV or Excel file.
Tailor made solutions to load the compatibility data are also possible.

In Front Office the module adds

• A block with drop-down lists for fields make, model and year.

Upon selecting a value for the make the values of the list for the model field are loaded dynamically in AJAX, the same is done for the values of the year list upon selecting a value for the model.

It is also possible to have a category field to display only compatible products belonging from a selected category.

After making the selection with the dropdown lists and submitting the compatible products are displayed according to the standard Prestashop list format.

Our Kiala module allows you to display a form during the check out process in order to fill the informations about the selected parcel by the customer.
During the check out process, if the transporter Kiala is selected, a layer appears to fill the informations about the chosen parcel.
The research of the parcel has to be made on the Kiala website using the link appearing inside the layer form.
The informations about the chosen parcel is available in the back office in the order detail page.

Each time i got this well known prestashop error message :

TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save adresses

Details:

Error thrown: [object XMLHttpRequest]

Text status: parsererror

If you google that message you can find a lot of hints of possibles way to fix this error and i hope they could help people to solve their problems.

In my case, none of this patch could fix the problem. In fact, the error was introduced by another module that was printing to screen using “echo” on the extraShoppingCart hook and thus returned when an ajax call was used on cart.php page.

So, if you encounter this problem, you should check if nothing is echoed when calling cart.php execpt what it should be!

In Prestashop when an order status is changed a mail can be sent but the pdf invoice is not put in attachment of the mail, the customer needs to login to see the pdf.

This module enables to send the pdf of the invoice as attachment.
